The Fon software appears to be glitchly, it worked the first time, could only login through IE in Firefox got the FON logo with Curro below it.

I added in my address details on the site, told it to remember me in IE and Firefox, doesn't in either, restarted into Ubuntu, picked up the signal. Didn't ask me to login, got access to bloglines but no gmail, very weird, wireless worked in the office so wasn't ubuntu. Turned out it was to do with ipv6 being enabled by default
