Being using Ubuntu all the time since Michael worked out the Fon/ipv6 problem, made irritation is lack of sound so far followed the instructions on the ALSA site for the Intel sound card, Ubuntu recognises it as a Intel 82801DB-ICH4 and put all the volumes up to 100% no output.

Flash and Skype are working though
